At Nexa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included

  • Refund request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days (TAT 3 Days)

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
